1. What sets you apart from other fashion designers? What do you offer that they don't?   What makes us different from other designers is 1) each pieace of our garments is meticulously designed and crafted as we represent the unique haute couture company in the DC metropolitian, 2) a large variety of fabrics is available at our studio, which enables the customers to make their choice.                                                                                                                                                      
2. What is your price range? Prices vary depending on 1) whether the garment is custom-made or ready-to-wear, 2) whether or not we provide the fabrics, and 3) the fabric quality
3. Where will my clothes be made? Our outfits are made on our premises. Every single piece is custom-made at our tudio. There is no outside party involved.
4. Hong long does it take to have an outfit made? You will receive your order within two weeks. We always try our best to deliver it sooner. Rush orders are also available
5. Can I send you images of garments to duplicate from? Yes, of course, we can tailor garments in any style. Please provide the image at info@zagodifashion.com before placing the order for our confirmation and further instructions. Kindly send us JPEG or GIF Formats
6. Do you make/sell plus size clothing? Absolutly, we custom design any clothing size including plus size. We also have an eclectic collection of plus size outfits available.
7. What is your return/exchange policy? We are dedicated to maintain a complete satisfaction of our customers. If there is any error on our part, we would alter, replace or discount the product. Return must be made within seven days for alterations and corrections, free of charge. There is ABSOLUTLY no Cash Refunds. No refunds to credit/debit cards. Receipt must accompany all returns. Items reduced 50% or more ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGABLE. Layaway offered for 15 open days, no cash refunds or credit given on cancelled layaways after 15 days expiration. Personal care products and jewerly ARE NOT RETURNABLE
8. What is your cancellation policy? An order already placed with an initial deposit cannot be cancelled. A 50% of penalty fees will apply if tailoring has started and 25% if it has not began yet
9.   What are your payment terms? Two payments are allowed: 50% when placing the order and 50% at the fitting. Currently, we do not accept payments on delivery. All payments have to be made before the final delivery. Items must be picked up within 15 days of completion, otherwise a 10% storage fee will apply
10.   Do you have fabrics that I could choose from? What kinds of material are available? We have over a very large of variety, starting from African fabrics such as Wax, Kente, Bazin. The Kente, which is typically Ivorian, can also be found in other West African countries. The Wax, which we import directly from Holland, comes in different colors and original designs. It is also mixable with modern material such as Satin. The Bazin, a rich and elegant fabric, is a material that adds glamour and shininess to your outfit. It is imported from Mali which has its monopoly in Africa. It can also be embroidered with sparkling gold or silver threads.  Austrian and Swiss voile textiles are also imported and allow us to design special and "chic" styles for evening and cocktails. Finally, International modern textiles such as Cotton, Linen, Wool, etc. are also available in our boutique
11.   Do you take orders coming from overseas? Currently, we do not accept orders coming from abroad. We only take orders from within the US
12.   I have some clothes in my wardrobe that need to be fixed. Do you also do alterations? Absolutely! We offer alterations for any types of clothing to please our customers.
